I love this simple and powerful cover for the June 2014 Lost and Found book cover. Following the rabbit hole to find the creator led me to a stunning project by Doug Walker, The Lost and Found Collection. The website for the project describes the project:
Lost and Found started when Doug Walker found a box of surf images at the Pasadena flea market. It turned out they were some of the most classic surf photos ever taken – lost years ago by Surfing magazine. Doug made a film about reconnecting the images, the photographers, and the surfers.
