&ND by Form and Fiction is simply genius. Using the letters to create the ampersand works brilliantly and also riffs of old school dingbats. They offer it as an inexpensive screen print for under $20 printed in copper metallic ink.
Doves Type printing blocks were thrown in the Thames River almost 100 years ago and recently uncovered. There's a short video story over at BBC. I think it's really cool that they're digitizing it.
