Typography Tuesday
Gorgeous Typography by David McLeod
David McLeod is a talented illustrator who has a way with words. Check out some of his stunning creations. As an artist and designer, I understand form following failure, but I can't help but think his Form Follows Failure is a success!
I Wonder What It's Like To Be Dyslexic by Sam Barclay
I Wonder What it's Like To Be Dyslexic by Sam Barclay is a stunning example of beautiful typography conveying a powerful message. It's available to purchase after being funded by a successful Kickstarter campaign.
Ambigrams by John Langdon
Like many readers, I became familiar with John Langdon's ambigrams in the book Angels and Demons. His Earth, Air, Fire, Water graphic was inspiring and I became fascinated by his technique.
Hand Lettering Typography by Raul Alejandro
I have great respect for talented people who can create gorgeous lettering. Raul Alejandro is talented and his lettering is gorgeous!
Self-Portrait As Your Traitor by Debbie Millman
Self-Portrait As Your Traitor by Debbie Millman is a gorgeous book filled with visual poetry that I've added to my (long) wish list. Take a look at some of her introspective, visually powerful poems.

The Periodic Table of Typefaces
Someday I'll have enough wall space in my office to hang a gorgeous Periodic Table of Typefaces poster by Cam Wilde. I think the gray one is my favorite, but I may redesign my hypothetical office in the future.
Scrabble Typography 2nd Edition by Andrew Capener
Food Typography
Welcome to the first Typography Tuesday! I follow a ton of design blogs to keep up with trends and stay inspired. Every Tuesday I'll share some of my favorite examples of gorgeous typography and unique design. Today's blog easily does both.
I am in love with Food Typography! Not only is the typography beautiful, the lettering style is perfectly chosen to illustrate the words. An elegant, ephemeral combination of form and function. My only complaint is they don't post often enough ;)
