A few months ago I first heard the phrase not my circus, not my monkeys and in true Baader-Meinhof style, I seem to be running into it a lot lately. This poster by WNYBAC is a brilliant illustration of this Polish proverb. 

The monkeys have been busy, busy tap-tap-tapping away at our keyboards, but don't despair, we're returning to our regularly scheduled program - Typography Tuesday!

I was inspired to make this poster after reading about the sixth grader who proposed to save our government millions of dollars by switching to Garamond - one of my favorite fonts, I tried to make a couple of cheesy mid-century inspired posters. The best of them is this Uncle Sam version.
